For full accessibility information, please see our accessibility guide. Most importantly, we work hard to accommodate all requirements so please do not hesitate to contact us before booking and we will advise on the best way for you to enjoy your theatre visit.
The seating plan shows the two dedicated wheelchair spaces in the auditorium. There are several disabled parking spaces on Palace Avenue, immediately across the road from the Theatre entrance. The entrance has ramped access and on entering the theatre there is level access to the auditorium, bar and disabled toilet.
Within the auditorium rows A – D are on the level, with steps to access rows E upwards. Guests with limited mobility may prefer to select alternative seats if they are able to leave their wheelchairs.
For fire and safety reasons we store empty chairs, mobility scooters and walking frames during the performance.
Heritage Ability have prepared this Visual Guide to help you prepare for a visit to the theatre. Heritage Ability is a project by the English Riviera UNESCO Geopark. The guide has been updated to reflect Covid-safe arrangements in place at the theatre in response to Government advice.
