The Palace Theatre and Anne George present an Exercise-Easy workshop, a fun and interactive approach to improving strength, flexibility, balance and confidence using gentle exercises, stretches and breathing techniques that work! This class ideally suits people who are looking to ease back into physical activity after illness, recovering from surgery, with neurological conditions (eg Parkinsons) and for those with low mobility. Fitness instructor Anne will invite participants to spend an hour of enjoyable movement that will benefit both body and mind.
Come along to an individual session or book all classes. Tickets £4 per person per class and each class will be held in Stage Left, 12pn to 1pm.
