Flavia is one of the UK’s favourite dancers, being a firm favourite from Strictly Come dancing to wowing audiences across the UK with her sell out Vincent & Flavia theatre shows. She is now holding special Dance With Flavia classes where she will teach you the basics of ballroom and latin. Each class will focus on a new dance and is a fun and interactive way of learning to dance from one of the best”

Footwear: Please wear a trainer type shoe or plimsoll for a 5 minute warm up at the start of the class. A shoe with a small Cuban style heel can be worn for the remainder of the class. Sandals or overly chunky trainers are not suitable.
