The Civic Mayor of Torbay, Mandy Darling invites you to the Civic Carol Concert celebrating Torbay’s volunteers.

A festive afternoon with performances from The Spires College, Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Primary School, Priory and St Margaret Clitherow Catholic Primary Schools, All Saints Babbacombe Church of England Primary School, Combe Pafford School, Homelands primary School, Barton Hill Academy and Bay Church. Proceeds from this community carol concert are in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind and The Phoenix Group.

Friday 9 December 4pm to 6pm.

Parking Information – From 3pm on the 9 December in Palace Avenue pay and display area and also in the Crown and Anchor car park, discounted parking will apply. Pay for an hour and Park Until either charges no longer apply (Palace Avenue or until midnight Crown and Anchor). The pay for an hour and park all day promotion is also running at the Victoria Multi-Storey car park. Notices will be placed on the relevant machines to advise our customers. This concession will not apply to the pay by mobile system.
