Learn light relaxation techniques and gentle yet powerful movements to reduce stress, tension and anxiety. To benefit body and mind. Suitable for adults, all abilities welcome. Limited spaces available, booking in advance required.

Please bring a pillow or cushion to use during the relaxation exercises, which will take place on the floor or seated in a chair – adapted to suit your ability. Yoga mats will be available to use.
