We love supporting new talent here at the Palace and are looking forward to a night of unbridled rock as Draculin take the the Palace stage. Draculin are a rock/ metal band from Torquay, Devon and have been together since early 2023. They write their own compositions and play many of their favourite covers from their rock heroes.
The band consists of Will Candy (Vocals and Lead Guitar), Oliver Attwood (Lead Guitar) Emilee Payne (Vocals and Bass Guitar) and Bartosz Mitula (Drums). They released their first single, Sweet Dreams at the end of 2023 and it is still available on most social media platforms, including Spotify.
Last year they performed at Abbfest and this year they attended the prestigious Respect Festival, Exeter in June and the International Music Festival in Llangollen, in July. They also be supported the Big Noise Chorus at the Princess Theatre, Torquay in September.
However, the highlight of the year will be performing their “Bats Out of Hell” concert at the Palace Theatre, Paignton on Sunday 3 November. The show is a combination of their own songs and classic anthems from the legends of rock music. It will be high tempo and a feast for lovers of this kind of music.
Legendary talent Alice Cooper met with Will Candy, lead guitarist and vocalist with Draculin and it looks like he may have bought the tee-shirt!
“I was delighted to meet one of my musical heroes again in Birmingham recently. The legendary Alice Cooper not only proudly displayed our Draculin tee-shirt but wished us all well for our concert at the Palace Theatre on 3 November. I wonder if he will be in the audience?”
