SUMMARY:The Calm and Focussed Performer - Taster Session (Stage Left)
DESCRIPTION:This free ‘taster’ workshop is for adults who would like to explore the skills and techniques to engage fully with their character\, overcome performance anxiety\, manage stress and deal with the inner critic. This is mindfulness and wellbeing for performers and theatre practitioners. \nThe taster workshop will lead to an opportunity to sign up to a three week course led by Malou Evans of Launch into Life.\nParticipants will have the opportunity to lie down\, or can be seated if preferred. Please bring a blanket and a cushion/pillow along.\nSpaces are limited and must be booked in advance. Minimum age\, 18 years. \nThis will take place in Stage Left. Donations welcome.\nThursday 10 August\, 10am to 11am
