DESCRIPTION:Murder at the Village Fayre with Moonstone Theatre Company. Residents of the small country parish were all ready for their annual Village Fayre\, or so they thought\, but as preparations were under way there were tensions and secrets in the village which were beginning to surface. This afternoon was the day of the annual Village Fayre and nearly all the village were gathered for the event.  Unbeknownst to those attending this year’s event\, the Postmaster had been found dead in the churchyard. He had been murdered. But who would do such a thing? \nTicket includes afternoon tea £22 per person. Add a glass of fizz for £6 per person \nSaturday 8th July\, 1pm – 3pm\, doors open at 12.45pm.

DESCRIPTION:Running weekly as part of a ten-week course\, from Wednesday 12 April to Wednesday 14 June 2023\, 10am to 12.15pm \nThis ten-week course is an opportunity for those who enjoy creative writing to have fun sharing work\, ideas and motivation. It is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of writing who would welcome guidance\, encouragement and feedback. The group is led by Chris Woodhouse who has created and taught many courses and workshops in the subject over some thirty years. Sessions will include sharing work\, discussion\, writing exercises and suggested topics and will be supported with some taught elements and printed handouts\, designed to extend skills and knowledge.
