Music and singing makes us happy. We don’t need to have an amazing voice to enjoy this wonderful experience. Breathe, relax and feel the joy of these uplifting sessions with a varied mix of cheerful, exhilarating music as you boost your happy endorphins and immune system. Ami found her voice at a very early age and believes that singing together can have a very positive effect on physical and mental health as well as improving posture.  Song-sheets are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
