The pies the limit

We’ve teamed up with Passion for Pies to offer our customers a brand new food offer at the theatre.

Our first pie night will coincide with Jack Dee – Off the Telly on 22 SEPTEMBER, so if you’re planning on coming to see Jack and wanted to have something delicious to eat beforehand, just give us a call and your meal will be piping hot and waiting for you to have before the show.  All pies are served with mash potato and gravy and are just £12.  Vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Your delicious options are:

> Steak and Shingle Bay Ale Pie: This award-winning pie is a Devon Beef slow Cooked in Salcombe Brewery Shingle Bay Ale and our signature beef gravy along with caramelised red onions and encased in our luxurious all butter pastry.
> Chicken Ham and Leek: Chunks of British Chicken Breast and Wiltshire Gammon Ham in a white Chardonnay and Double Cream Sauce with buttered leeks and a hint of Garlic. Fully encased in our luxurious all butter pastry.
> Devon Dragon: Devon Beef and Salcombe Brewery Ale slow cooked with Fresh Chillies, Carrots, Chopped Tomatoes and Chopped Red Peppers. Fully encased in our All Butter Shortcrust Pastry.
> Goats Cheese and Mediterranean Vegetable: A mix of courgette, aubergine, red, yellow and green peppers and baby plum tomatoes in a black pepper sauce with a slab of goats’ cheese on top, then fully encased in our luxurious all butter pastry.
> Taw Valley Cheddar, Onion and Potato Pie: Taw Valley Cheddar, cubed potato and diced white onion mixed in a Double Cream, cayenne pepper and English mustard sauce. Fully encased in our luxurious all butter Pastry.
> Steak and Stilton Pie: Britain’s best Gluten Free Pie 2019 at British Pie awards, Devon Beef slow cooked in our signature beef gravy and diced onions with nuggets of 1st Grade Stilton. Fully encased in our all butter gluten free pastry.
> Goats Cheese and Mediterranean Vegetable: A mix of courgette, aubergine, red, yellow and green peppers and baby plum tomatoes in a black pepper sauce with a slab of goats’ cheese on top, then fully encased in our luxurious all butter gluten free pastry.
> Vegan option – BBQ Jackfruit: Jackfruit marinated in a Memphis BBQ Sauce, with red and yellow peppers and sweetcorn, then fully encased in our luxurious vegan pastry.
